$18.00-$28.00 hour
Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm Fri 6am-2:30pm
Must be flexible to work Sat and Sunday overtime as needed
Overview:Responsible for both fabricating and welding materials into the required parts for a full range of equipment, from hoppers, frames, sizing shakers to vibratory conveyors.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret detailed project plans, CAD drawings, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform job tasks
Fabricate pre-formed materials into completed job weldments
Use power tools to drill, trim and or shim materials as needed to fit components together
Perform MIG,and other types of welding based on project specifications
De-bur and grind metal/materials as necessary
Practice self-supervision on jobs ensuring projects are completed efficiently
Follow all safety and quality control measures communicating any issues to management
Maintain a clean and organized working area
Physical Requirements:
Exposure to loud environments
Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, chemicals, etc.
Standing for long periods of time
Lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
Other physical requirements include: walking, sitting, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting
Use of hands and arms for grasping, pushing and pulling, reaching, typing, etc.
