HVAC Service Technician

Compensation: $35-$45/hour (based on experience) + Commissions

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, professional HVAC technicians with a strong background in
residential and commercial HVAC systems and electrical circuits. This role requires excellent
customer communication skills and the ability to present repair and replacement options clearly
and effectively. Our service technicians utilize digital tools for repairs and sales presentations,
enhancing efficiency for both our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain repair and replacement options to customers
- Perform diagnostic and repair work on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Accurately order and maintain parts inventory on your vehicle
- Communicate the benefits of Maintenance Agreements to customers
- Adhere to the truck maintenance schedule, ensuring a clean and organized vehicle
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the office and installation teams
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and overtime as required
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory,
and pricing
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the HVAC trade
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification
- Physical ability to navigate rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Own set of tools required
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and overtime
- Successful completion of a drug test and DMV driving record check
