Position Summary
The Foreman is responsible for the quality completion of jobs, field production, crew management and is held accountable for the tasks as delegated to them by the project manager.
Specific Duties
Prepare 2 week 'Look-Ahead' schedule weekly & submit to Superintendent every
Monday morning
Hold weekly safety meetings with crew
Communicate to Superintendent the need for materials, equipment & manpower
- minimum of 2 days ahead
Daily Inventory - Tools, Supplies, Etc. for Future Work
Meet Project Goals For Crew Man Hours
Ensure all construction is built per the bid, plans and specifications
Communicate to Crew the daily and weekly Production Goals
Monitor concrete pour on pour day & know how much concrete is needed to finish
Qualifications / Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish. Not required, but helpful
3 - 5 years Foreman experience in Concrete Construction
Maintain positive work environment and team player attitude
Maintain quality workmanship per industry standards
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
