Leasing Consultant for Tax Credit Apartment Complex (Turlock)

Part-Time Leasing Consultant position for Tax Credit (section 42) apartment complex in Turlock. This position will require excellent customer service & communication skills, experienced in filing and organization. We are offering a guaranteed 20 hours a week and opportunity for more hours as needed, paid sick time. The hours of this position will be Tues-Thurs 2:00pm - 6:00pm and Fridays 9:00am - 6:00pm, may change subject to property needs.
