Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Check and respond to emails efficiently
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area
Perform light cleaning duties to keep the workspace tidy
Organize and manage paperwork, office supplies, and inventory
Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
