Sign Production Manager
Signarama Manteca is looking for an experienced wide format print production manager to join our team. This individual will manage the production department while collaborating with all other departments.
Responsibilities
Manage all projects relating to physical construction, licensing and permitting and assembling of signs, car wraps, trade show booths, point of purchase.
Operates a variety of equipment including wide format prints, plotter, laminators, and routers.
Implements, workflows and processes for production environment
Manages and leads staff ensuring skills and talent are optimized, while building a positive work environment.
Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post- production.
Manages multiple large projects simultaneously to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables.
Coordinates production and installation schedules.
Handles prospects and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrates a professional image of the Signarama brand at all times.
Works closely with Design team to ensure product specs are well outlined and correctly measured for print
Requirements
Minimum of 5years of experience in the sign industry.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Pays very close attention to accuracy and detail.
Customer service capability
Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Hours are 8:00 -5:00 pm
