Small boutique AV-rated law firm in Sonora, CA specializing in family law, civil litigation, and personal injury law currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in civil and family law as well as state court pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a fun, diverse and fast-paced working environment. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of the support staff team. Must be able to meet calendaring deadlines, effectively prioritize tasks and anticipate litigation preparation requirements for a sole practitioner. Must be able to work with people. Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Adobe DC. Experience with Interbill and Essential Forms is a plus, but not required.
