Job Description:
Operating high-powered vacuum systems to remove gravel and debris
Sweeping with industrial power brooms
Assisting with spudding operations (grinding or scraping adhered gravel from tar surfaces)
Performing double vac and sweep processes for advanced roof prep
Ensuring a clean, smooth working surface for roofing crews
Following all safety protocols at heights and on varied roof types
Transporting hoses and equipment across rooftops and staging areas
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Bilingual – English & Spanish
Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Safety-focused and a team player
Willing to travel for job sites (Bay Area)
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Good driving record
Construction or roofing experience
Experience with vac systems, grinders, or heavy-duty brooms (preferred)
