Sous Chef/Line cook

We are looking for a talented sous chef or strong line cook to join our culinary team.candidate will assist in the kitchen managing kitchen operations, ensuring high quality food preparation and maintaining a smooth workflow. Alchemy is a busy restaurant in the town of Murphys. Murphys is located in the Calaveras wine region so we have a large flow of tourists into the area on weekends and during the summer months. This role requires leadership skills, creativity in food preparation.
