Job Summary:Under immediate supervision, performs basic clerical duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while gaining exposure to various careers and department functions throughout the organization.Essential Responsibilities:
Uses computer based programs, copy machine, calculator and other related standard office equipment to type letters, reports, correspondence and forms.
Performs data entry to prepared spreadsheets, compiles and files records.
Answers telephone inquiries and delivers messages.
Sorts and delivers departmental mail.
Maintains and stocks department office supplies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
