Description Our financial team is eagerly looking forward to welcoming an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us streamline our accounting processes. You will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring that our receivables are collected promptly and that all relevant departmental documents are kept in order.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and execute the accounts receivable process, from invoicing and credit issuance, to collaborating with clients on reconciliation issues.
Prepare and distribute accurate account statements periodically.
Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Investigate and resolve any irregularities or discrepancies identified in client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely collection.
Assist in financial reporting as required.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, client confidentiality, and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounts receivable or general accounting role.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
