Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job DescriptionTitle: Accounts Payable SupervisorLocation: Onsite in Modesto, CAType: 6-month c2h or Direct PlacementPay: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on qualificationsInsight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a leader in the Manufacturing/Packaging Industry. This person will report to the Accounting Manager while helping streamline processes and overseeing the full-cycle AP process. They will help lead a team of 5 and help develop new and improved processes to ensure the AP team is operating as efficiently as possible. Main Responsibilities Include: Full cycle accounts payable duties such as processing invoices, two/three-way matching, and printing checks Vendor audits and checking statements, payments/payment terms, and tax information for accuracy Prepare cash requirement reports weekly Review and approve timecards, schedules, and pto requests Keep AP audit materials organized and prepared Account ReconciliationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
