Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Accountant, to be based in Modesto, California. Our organization operates within the non-profit industry. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintaining precise records of customer credit. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary. Handling Accounting Software Systems effectively. Managing financial services using ADP. Utilizing Cl Programming for various accounting tasks. Proficient use of Concur for expense management. Implementing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for improved business processes. Performing various accounting functions as required. Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Conducting Auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance. Maintaining and reviewing the Balance Sheet Account. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential. Knowledge of CL Programming is desirable. Familiarity with Concur software is a plus. Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory. Ability to handle various Accounting Functions competently. Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. Prior experience in Auditing is preferred. Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is essential.
