We are a remote flower shop named De la fleur flowers and are located in Turlock, Ca. We have been in business for 10 years now, and we are in need of Remote Customer Service employee, to answer all incoming calls and the job will also include replying to customers emails and website work.
What we are looking for
-Applicant must have customer service experience and talk to the public well.
-Must have a working desktop computer/ipad and Wi-Fi to take customer orders.
-They must be professional, responsible, trustworthy and have a quite work space.
-Must be available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and must be available to start work ASAP!
-Applicant must learn fast and take direction well.
-Applicant must know computers well and willing to learn our Point of Sales system.
