- The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and business development and building client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth and provide delivery oversight to make sure that project deliverables and timelines are met
- Be the “trusted advisor” to the client and provide a mix of strategic, business, and technology guidance
- Be comfortable in groups and teams and be able to understand customer’s requirements and articulate the customer’s needs internally
- Understand and track open positions and work with the practice teams to make sure projects and open positions are staffed in time
- Collaborate with both practice and delivery teams as well as with technology partner
- 2 to 5 years of IT Services or IT Staffing Sales experience
- Experience in selling eCommerce, Marketing, and Web technologies
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Ability to set expectations with clients and provide status updates, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong technical skills
- Must be organized and have good time management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks and track and resolve issues
- Must be able to update proposals and bring proactive ideas to the table
- Must have drive and determination, and while being flexible have the ability to wear multiple hats.
