Description We are searching for a Sr. Hardware Technical Recruiter who will focus on full cycle Hardware Technical Recruitment. Based in Milpitas, California, this role is part of our telecom provider operations and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for technical roles, specifically within the hardware talent pool. This is 6-month contract. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING FOR HARDWARE ROLESResponsibilities: Leverage 10+ years of full cycle Hardware Technical Recruitment experience to source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical abilities. Utilize expertise in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area market to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles. Handle ongoing recruitment needs for roles such as Hardware Test Engineers, Hardware Design Engineers, FPGA and ASIC Design Verification Engineers. Leverage company brand and product knowledge to attract and retain top talent. Utilize proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean searches. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring due diligence with sourcing and screening candidates, and following up and following through with both parties. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, LinkedIn Recruiter, Engineering Recruiting, Effective Sourcing, Full Cycle Recruiting skills to drive recruitment process.Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience in a recruitment role Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Specialized experience in Engineering Recruiting Demonstrated effectiveness in sourcing strategies Proven track record in managing full cycle recruiting processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
