Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and maintain e-learning content in video formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a technical SaaS environment and be proficient in using various e-learning tools.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create engaging e-learning videos using tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
Utilize Camtasia to transform graphic information into interactive e-learning content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other training managers to ensure cohesive training programs.
Design and create storyboards and learning experiences tailored to stakeholder needs.
Engage in the creation, modification, and ongoing maintenance of e-learning content.
Learn and apply WebEx technologies to enhance training materials.
Proactively seek out information and use technology to build comprehensive content.
Focus on executing content development rather than defining project parameters.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical SaaS environment.
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Camtasia.
Strong ability to create graphic information and convert it into e-learning formats.
Experience in creating storyboards and designing learning experiences.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Initiative to learn new technologies and apply them effectively.
