Director, Global Employee Relations

Come join the People Relations team as the Director of Global Employee Relations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of ER professionals focused on enabling leaders and teams to foster a high-trust, high-performance culture across the company. This role works in partnership with our business clients, Legal, Business & People Partners, Country Enablement and COE teams to deliver strategic ER capability and is the anchor point for Employee Relations across the Americas, APAC and EMEA regions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive ER strategy and agenda with multiple partners and stakeholders in numerous sites & locations across the Americas, APAC and EMEA regionsDevelop and deliver an effective global coverage model to support cyclical volume of cases, investigations, and negotiationsDevelop a consistent framework for case quality, effectiveness, closure and report outStrengthen team capability through development of a training curriculum for new, rotating team members that drives for quality case reviews and outcomes, consistency and neutralityDevelop and execute on a knowledge management strategy for our global policies, including a governance process to ensure policies are current and maintained by the respective ownersDevelop a system reporting strategy to support compliance and reporting needs for CPIO, Board, Audit Committee and other stakeholdersDeliver data driven recommendations to address issues and mitigate riskCreate an orchestration and communication model for updates and knowledge sharing across People Relations and People SolutionsSupport enterprise reporting requirements (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability)Participate in broader People Solutions initiatives
