- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience performing process assessment and process improvement engagements
- Experience documenting and validating current state processes and data flows
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse corporate and client environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS product definition and bundling schemes
- Familiarity with agile/scrum/SAFe practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Install Base & Entitlements domain in High-Tech and SaaS domain
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Pandas and other data analysis tools
- Experience with project management tools/systems
- InstallBase is the key skill required
