Duties:
Clean and service public restrooms, vending areas, break areas, guestrooms, parking lot, and other assigned areas according to established standards and procedures. Provide outstanding service to guests with basic service needs or simple maintenance requests. Basic maintenance experience required. Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Monitor and control supplies and amenities. Periodically patrol parking lot and property and report suspicious activity. Regularly assist with deep cleaning projects. May assist with other duties as assigned including housekeeping and laundry.
Position is part time, possibly full-time, and WEEKENDS. Experience in building or hotel maintenance a plus. Full command of the English language required.
