Help with Horses needed

I need help to take care of and exercise my endurance horses for 2-3 days a week, 6-8 hours a day. Job includes cleaning 8 horse stalls, general barn chores, grooming and bathing horses, and help with exercise. Exercise is mostly trail riding in the mountains for several hours. The person needs to be fit, under 200 lbs and able to trot (posting) at least for one hour non stop. The horses are well trained Endurance Arabians but are sensitive, that means I need a quite balanced rider that does not bounce on their back. I am located in Catheys Valley, 30 minutes from downtown Merced. Pay is dependent on experience. Please let me know a little bit of your riding background when applying. Able to drive a horse trailer is a plus. Thank you!
