Seeking a male live-in companion/caregiver to assist with non-medical support for an 88-year-old male who has difficulties with mobility
Responsibilities will include light cleaning, personal hygiene reminders, meal preparation, and monitoring medication and physical fitness routines. The right person will exchange companionship and support for a room, private bathroom, full access to all amenities of the home, and a small stipend. The right person will be 55+, free of dependence on drugs and alcohol, respectful of privacy and able to pass a background check.
Dad can bathe and toilet independently and is ok to sleep overnight alone but would benefit from a companion in the morning. He does need someone to drive him to appointments, get groceries., grab the mail, etc. Dad is a huge sports fan, and has heavy Christian and strong conservative values.
