Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role will primarily focus on processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounts payable experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles, including sales and use tax concepts. In addition to handling day-to-day accounts payable tasks, the candidate will assist with month-end processes and be involved in various aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
