Job Description Understanding of SSO, Access Management, and overall IAM domain Lead, supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure specified deliverables are met. Will manage the day to day tasks and deliver as per project plan/schedule Responsible for successful completion of the overall project. Will be responsible for planning, initiation, work allocation, testing coordination, monitoring, controlling, and closure of the project. Work with customer's stakeholders and will be able to communicate with all levels Required Skills IAM Technology Landscape Understanding Focus on IAM project opportunities and application integration Strong knowledge of MS Projects and other PM tools Experience in managing global teams operating from multiple locations Focus on guiding people to work on IAM Tools within select timelines Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting, and experience of stakeholder communication and reporting Qualification 7-10 years of overall experience with Project Management Strong oral, written communications skills Strong customer-facing exposure is a must Strong Project Management experience
