This leader is tasked with defining and driving the Facebook Marketing Partner and Data Partnerships strategy for Global Marketing Solutions. He or she will lead a globally distributed team that can scale with the growing needs of Facebook's business, build end-to-end programs that deploy our services through partners, from product conception to implementation to marketing, and go-to-market. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, and is based in Menlo Park, CA.Required Skills:
Collaborate with partners and developers to ensure that the experiences we build together are the best possible for users, supports our partners' goals and support Facebook's mission
Influence the direction of Facebook business products and technology to meet our client's business challenges and align with Facebook's business objectives
Define market requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of partner performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities, inform the product roadmap with enhanced or new functionality, and ensure Facebook’s partnerships are optimized country-by-country and globally
Provide management guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution, as well as provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, recognition programs, and strategic development
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Facebook teams - e.g. product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance - through collaboration on projects that impact teams across departments
Define and drive the Facebook Marketing Partner and Data Partnerships strategy for Global Marketing Solutions
Lead a globally distributed team that can scale with the growing needs of Facebook's business
Work in a highly cross-functional environment to build end-to-end programs that deploy our services through partners, from product conception to implementation to marketing and go-to-market
Represent Facebook to the industry and the press
Operate in multiple time zones to foster a global ecosystem of partners and developers
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
Minimum Qualifications:
15+ years of executive level partnership and product experience at large partner tech companies
8+ years of experience leading enterprise partnerships business for a platform company with $100M+ in revenues
Deep understanding of developer ecosystems, mobile platforms, B2B partnerships environment, and monetization models
Ability to set and execute a strategy to leverage technology or ecosystems to accelerate Facebook business priorities
Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Global organizational leadership experience
Proven operational and analytical skills
Have a history of growing and developing high growth, scaled go to market plans
