Summary: The PLM Configuration Manager will work with Meta's supply chain, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support Design, NPI, operations and strategy. The Configuration Manger will liaise with Meta internal customers and external suppliers to create and manage product configuration rules set as well as new Meta business strategies. Product coverage includes Servers, Storage, and Network. The Configuration Manager will provide SME input and or lead transformation programs to ensure we can scale over the next 3 to 5 years.Required Skills: Product Lifecycle Configuration Manager Responsibilities:

Participate as a member of the PLM Support team on day-to-day activities such as Part Number creation and updating, importing and loading master parts catalogs to ensure complete and timely releases.

Support the Infra PLM Team’s successful execution of program operational activities to support New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as Mass Production (MP) programs to include high quality on-time delivery of BOM structuring, BOM release and changes, ECOs and MCOs while upholding the highest quality and process standards.

Support interface with key external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders (including Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing & Product Quality Engineering, Technical Program Management, and Logistics) to accurately and expeditiously process changes.

Support the training of external suppliers and internal employees on PLM tools and systems and monitor adherence through audits. Proactively champion the mitigation of PLM risk including identifying and eliminating single points of failure.

Represent PLM with stakeholders in business-critical cross functional projects and help PLM team identify, understand and adapt to changing priorities in order to support Organizational program goals and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with PLM/PDM tools.

Technical knowledge of NPI and Mass Production product structure management processes.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams on division wide initiatives and process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

Products knowledge in servers, storage, networking, and/or consumer goods.

Direct experience with Oracle or similar solutions

Experience working with ODMs and factories in Asia
