Summary: Meta’s Product Compliance & Privacy Team is looking for an experienced Curriculum Program Manager to support the development, maintenance and scale of Privacy training programs. This role will have an opportunity to build world class learning experiences to equip our growing workforce and advance Meta's privacy and product compliance mission. The Privacy Training Curriculum Program Manager will sit in the Governance Risk and Compliance pillar on the Product Compliance & Privacy team, and support the privacy training program's core functional areas: (1) Program Development and Scale, (2) Program Operations, (3) Compliance and (4) Training Design and Curriculum Development. You will partner with teams across Meta's Privacy Program and GRC organization for day-to-day management of a global portfolio of privacy training, support audience and training development needs and iterate on processes for effective training governance. This role will likely include interactions with our Privacy Assessor to support training safeguards and demonstrate training maturity at MetaThis is a highly collaborative role. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent project/program management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. The ability to thrive in ambiguity while bringing standardization to processes is critical to success. You should be a team player who is comfortable challenging existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach.Required Skills: Privacy Training Curriculum Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage a global portfolio (course catalog) of privacy training
Drive a needs and gap analysis on the existing portfolio of privacy training to identify opportunities for curriculum and audience development
Monitor training development throughout the project lifecycle and provide consultation on the best solutions to support learning goals
Determine where learning solutions are needed, should be refreshed, expanded or eliminated to address curriculum objectives and communicate out recommendations
Engage with production partners, and when necessary build learning solutions independently
Manage dependencies and risks in partnership with Privacy Training Managers as part of annual cycle based testing on training safeguards
Manage and improve processes that enable efficient and effective privacy training oversight and governance in a constantly evolving privacy regulatory environment
Oversee and manage training intake process in support of program operations and compliance safeguards
Partner with Privacy Training Managers and XFN stakeholders in support of Safeguard operations
Identify measurement strategy and conduct analysis to demonstrate results
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years working in Learning & Development, instructional design, performance consulting and/or program management
Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience communicating complex concepts concisely and clearly at all levels across across both digital and in-person platforms
Demonstrated experience working with large scale cross-functional teams across multiple departments and locations
Proven project and program management skills and a proven track record of managing and delivering against timelines
Experience with curriculum development and management
Experience with HR data and systems to inform Learning & Development outcomes
Proven experience in driving change management in a global capacity
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
3+ Years of experience in one or any of the following: privacy and data protection, compliance, scaling global learning and training programs, privacy, security, risk or compliance learning projects, training in the technology industry, familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, training tools, learning technology, and learning principles.
Experience with product development, or working directly with product development teams
Direct experience or knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand, and Workday
