Develop and champion a strategic operational vision and scope for how the Emerging Processes and Platforms team can evolve, how it fits in the overall Sales Strategic Planning and Operations org, and how it contributes to the overarching objective of increasing operating efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales teams.

Build and coach a high-performing team capable of thriving in high ambiguity problem areas.

Develop, retain and motivate the team while continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities.

Become a trusted partner to Product, Engineering and Business leaders (VP/Exec) and partner deeply with senior leadership on overall strategy as well as key business and operational initiatives.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with leaders across Meta teams (e.g.

Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing) through effective collaboration to drive cross-functional initiatives across Meta.

Guide the development of systems and tools that enables more efficient and effective business performance.

Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives for global teams, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Lead analysis on operational workflows and product strategy to drive decision-making and execution on critical operational initiatives across our Sales Journey.

Drive best-in-class project execution through ability to quickly move from high-level conversations into detailed operational discussions.

Drive operational reviews of process and tooling areas, leading analysis that include operational maturity, business readiness, change management, product strategy and roadmap.

Establish consultative relationship across the company to achieve strategic and operational goals and represent the function in cross-functional teams.

Lead presentations to senior leadership (VP/Exec of Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales organizations) deploying excellent communication tactics, leveraging expertise in storytelling to bring stakeholders along in the journey, influencing decision-making and enabling action towards desired outcome.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or related field and 72 months of experience in the job offered or a Management Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Planning and Operations-related occupation. Must include experience in each of the following:

Navigate ambiguity by structuring unexplored, innovative problem spaces with stakeholders and cross-functional partners, identifying main value levers and establishing control and thought-leadership

Lead problem-solving through problem definition, hypothesis framing and testing, solution prioritization and implementation

Translate insights and data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership and facilitate strategic decision-making

Lead complex data analysis, including problem statements definition, modeling, interpretation, visualization and reporting, and recommendations for decision-making by leadership

Lead cross-functional projects, across multiple concurrent scope areas, tied to strategic company or business unit priorities. Guide the development of processes, systems and tools that improve business performance and drive operational excellence

Influence stakeholders, including senior leadership (e.g., VP/Director), towards action by creating and cultivating networks and alliances, effectively framing arguments, presenting insights and communicating persuasively, so that progress can be attained in complex cross-functional environments of large corporations

Carry out corporate strategic planning, including creation of business cases for investment as part of company or business unit priorities and

Build, develop and coach a high-performing team capable of thriving in high ambiguity problem areas.
