I need someone with experience in composition roofing and flat roof torch downs. Experience is a Must. Most of all have some etiquette in your work. Also run the roofing, Jobs. When roofing jobs are slow, you will be building with the rest of the crew. Most of all willing to bend to our methods of building. We start @ 7:30am until 4pm with 1/2hr lunch.
You must have a vehicle and basic tools to apply-tool bags-impact drillskill saw-hammerspeed square-cats paw. I have not laid off an employee in 9 years. Work is steady rain or shine. Valid Driver's License
When we feel the person, we hire is a good fit with our crew and good workmanship is present in their work. You will then get company truck to drive to and from work only.
