$4,742 - $5,763/MonthlyThe Human Resources Department seeks an energetic and collaborative Human Resources Technician to join our team!Starting salary up to $33.14/Hourly ($69,167/Annually) + $600/Month Cash Allowance

And an additional $.90/hour premium for Confidential employee group

Human Resources Technicians in the Disability Management Unit perform a variety of duties in support of and in collaboration with the unit's analysts and manager. The position will process, route, and enter incoming medical notes, restrictions, and leave documentation into the case management database, actively seeking additional material as needed; process injury and claim forms in accordance with regulated timelines and department practices; coordinate with and provide data to workers' compensation claims administration Third Party Administrator (TPA); and facilitate pre-employment process and notifications and assist with leave benefit communication to employees, service providers, departments, and other HR units. Other typical duties for this position may include the following:Tracking and maintaining records and data integrity

Providing first level tech support for case management database issues and escalating higher-level issues to vendor tech support, as needed

Assisting analysts with data, reporting, communications, and records

Running reports and reviewing for missing or incomplete data and working with departments and analysts to obtain and correct information

Drafting appropriate correspondence

Supporting unit COVID initiatives, tracking and reporting
