Our client, a prominent company in Cloverdale, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team ASAP.
Pay: $23-$25/hr.
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Terms: temp-to-hire
The Admin Assistant's primary duties will be doing Order Entry for sales orders and answering inbound phone calls.
1. Answer and redirect all incoming calls to appropriate department/person
2. Resolving discrepancies to complete invoicing, inventory adjustments
3. Communication between departments about rejections/backorder issues
4. Completion of supplier work orders/outside service orders
5. Ability to analyze and problem solve
6. Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, sales and customers
7. Data entry related to sales orders, work orders, RMA’s/Credits, accounts payable, receiving
