Job Description: The Lotus Notes Technical Support Services are to support the current system over a 12-month period, while migration to the new systems is underway. This Technical Support service should be available on an as-needed basis. The successful Technical Support candidate(s) will have:

Availability and flexibility in providing services.

Experience in providing ongoing technical support for Lotus Notes.

Required Experience:

Experience in providing technical support for Lotus Notes applications

Experience with user testing and acceptance activities for Lotus Notes solutions

Experience in the evaluation and verification of support requests for Lotus Notes applications.

Experience in the documenting the outcomes of support requests for Lotus Notes applications.

Experience in working remotely in a team environment
