Position Summary 
The Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, leave of absence management and legal compliance. As a leader of our culture, the Human Resources Manager will ensure a seamless employee experience, providing excellent service to all employees. Additionally, this role requires the use of confidentiality and integrity with regards to all employee interactions and matters. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and Hotel General Manager.The budgeted salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Job Posting Deadline

    Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
    Recruits, interviews, and onboards employees to fill vacant positions
    Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
    Keeps records and completes data entry of benefits plans participation such as insurance and retirement plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for internal government reporting
    Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, sexual harassment and others as needed
    Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
    Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
    Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
    Assists with the salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization
    Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
    Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
    Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
    Guide employees and managers through the leave of absence process, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and company-sponsored leave policies
    Other duties as assigned
