Perform HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems design, operations and troubleshooting
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Qualifications
3+ years of experience within property management maintenance
Familiar with lighting and building control and designs
Experienced with commercial HVAC systems
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
