Shared Instructional Vision: Support a vision of excellence for all students, with an urgency to maximize every opportunity necessary to achieve ambitious student outcomesStudent Learning: Oversee the school's learning program, including the development and execution of an Annual scope and Sequence for each grade level, collaborating with school leaders on curricular decisions, and implementing a strong, fully integrated program for students with special needs and English learnersData & Results: Collect, organize, and facilitate the interpretation and analysis of achievement data to guide instructional decision-making and individual student case management. Actively monitor student achievement outcomes and establish systems to ensure multiple data sources are regularly informing instructional programsIntervention & Support Services: Design and implement student intervention plans, in collaboration with teachers and the leadership team, to ensure students reach and exceed grade-level standardsAdult Learning & Oversight: Lead the school's professional development and evaluation systems including developing an annual professional development plan (which includes weekly, quarterly, and annual staff training and onboarding), coaching, and evaluating instructional staffInnovation: Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure every student is receiving a world-class educationAdministration: Manage master scheduling, Special Ed and EL compliance, testing, and xampus supervisionOther leadership responsibilities, as assigned.
