I'm looking for a reliable and experienced software engineer who not only understands tech but also excels at communication and client engagement.
I am targeting US job and I often receive interest and invitations from clients, but English is not my first language, and it’s sometimes hard for me to clearly express my thoughts in interviews or proposal conversations. I’d like to work with someone who can help bridge that gap — someone who can join calls, help convey my ideas clearly, and support me through the client communication process.
The most important thing here is that you must represent me. In other words, you must turn off the camera and conduct the meeting under my name (Upwork meeting).
Therefore, you must be able to proactively and skillfully handle difficult situations that may arise during the meeting.
You’ll need to:
- Must be male.
- Have solid software engineering experience so you can speak confidently with clients. (BS computer science & +3 years experience)
- Native English Skill.
- Be comfortable representing our shared technical ideas in a clear and convincing way.
- Be available to help review messages or join video/audio calls as needed.
- Ideally, you’re someone who understands the importance of building trust with clients and can help present our skills and ideas in the best light.
Skills:
- Frontend & Backend Tech.
- Must have React and Node skill
- Russian (optional)

Hourly rate : $50 - $70 (US)
