We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Operations Manager to elevate our online presence and

help us create flawless, efficient, and user-centered digital experiences.

Position Summary:

The Senior Digital Operations manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our

digital platforms, with a focus on building high-performance, secure, and compliant websites and

seamlessly integrating marketing platforms. This role requires a well-rounded tech consultant

who can drive engagement and streamline digital operations, ensuring a reliable and engaging

user experience. An understanding of cannabis industry challenges, regulatory nuances, and

audience preferences is preferred to tailor our digital presence effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development and Management

○ Oversee the development and maintenance of high-performance, responsive

websites.

○ Supervise remote talent to ensure site functionality, uptime, and security,

implementing best practices to prevent downtime and data protection.

○ Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance UX/UI, ensuring it is

accessible, compliant, and optimized for customer engagement.

○ Regularly perform site audits and troubleshooting, with the agility to address

issues promptly.

2. Platform Integration and Digital Operations

○ Oversee the integration and directly manage marketing platforms, including

CRM, e-commerce, email marketing, and analytics tools, for a streamlined

customer journey.

○ Work with internal teams to execute data-driven strategies for digital campaigns

and customer acquisition.

○ Ensure all platforms function cohesively to support business goals, from lead

generation to post-purchase customer experiences.

○ Implement and manage tracking and analytics to gather actionable insights on

performance, user behavior, and trends.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Alignment

○ Develop solutions that meet cannabis-specific regulatory requirements, including

age-gating, content restrictions, and geographical limitations.

○ Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure digital channels comply with all

state and federal guidelines.

4. Technical Project Leadership

○ Lead technical initiatives and projects related to digital strategy, providing

recommendations for tech stack improvements and scaling operations.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product,

to translate business objectives into functional, scalable solutions.

○ Document technical processes and best practices, building a foundation for

future tech development and integration.

5. Data-Driven Strategy and Optimization

○ Utilize data and user insights to drive strategy, optimize digital content, and

recommend enhancements for improved engagement.

○ Test and iterate on web pages, digital ads, and email templates to improve

conversion rates and align with business KPIs.

○ Identify emerging trends and tools in the cannabis and digital tech spaces,

proposing relevant updates to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

● Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital operations, web development, or technology

consulting, ideally within e-commerce or highly regulated industries.

● Technical Skills:

Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript),

CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), and familiarity with integrating CRM,

analytics, and email marketing tools.

● Compliance Knowledge: Experience working within regulated environments is highly

preferred. Cannabis industry experience or knowledge is a strong plus.

● Project Management: Proven ability to lead digital projects, manage timelines, and

communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset with

experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize

performance.
