Agena Astro is looking for a product data/content management associate to maintain our Magento website and eBay/Amazon accounts from our office location in Cerritos, CA.
This by itself is a part-time position (25-30 hrs/week). However, depending on your skill set, there might be an opportunity to take on other tasks within the company and convert this into a full-time role.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience maintaining the product database of Magento, Shopify or similar e-commerce sites. This includes adding and editing simple/bundle/configurable products, including descriptions, pricing, product images/videos, manuals, related products, etc.
You must also have very good MS Excel skills and should be able to import/export/convert between various file types.
Good Photoshop knowledge to edit product photos (crop, square, adjust, annotate, etc.) is also required.
Please note that this is NOT a software development, website administration, engineering, IT management or graphics design position.
The preferred candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Pagebuilder for website content management
Superb attention to detail and accuracy and desire to produce very high quality work
Excel/Photoshop skills as described above
Team player who will be comfortable working with a small team daily
Self-motivated and ready to take on key responsibilities with minimal supervision once trained
