Growing e-commerce website is seeking an experienced website administrator.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update Magento website.
- Load products, update inventory, sort categories, update homepage and website imagery.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a bug-free experience.
- Process orders to be pulled for shipping team, update shipping info.
- Correspond with customers regarding any order issues
- Process email campaigns as well as maintain search campaigns
- Maintain social media accounts.
Experience:
- Similar e-commerce experience, preferably in the apparel field
- Able to process multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
