As a Vehicle Preparation and Delivery Specialist, you'll ensure that every Falcon customer experiences our exceptional standards through impeccably prepared vehicles and professional, timely deliveries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Thoroughly inspect and prepare luxury and exotic vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall presentation meet Falcon’s high standards.
Deliver and pick up vehicles from clients, handling interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
Accurately document vehicle condition before and after rentals through detailed photos and videos.
Clearly communicate vehicle features, operation, and rental policies to clients upon delivery.
Report any vehicle maintenance, damage, or issues promptly to Fleet Operations.
Maintain an organized work environment, assisting with fleet scheduling and logistics as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Must reside within 15 miles of Beverly Hills, CA.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with high-end clientele.
Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle responsibilities reliably.
Must be very disciplined and punctual.
Previous experience in vehicle operations, detailing, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $20+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
