Packing and Delivery Driver

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual with a clean driving record to pack, drive and deliver our wholesale bread route.

Looking for someone to fill all or most of these shifts.

Friday and Saturday at 9pm - 4am

Sunday 1pm- 4pm

If you have a good work ethic and don't mind getting up early in the morning to be finished early in the day, this could be the job for you. We have our own delivery van.

- Pack Bread, and Load vans from our location in Culver City

- Unload delivered items to customers

- Send notification texts and use provided tablet at location

- Some days you’ll need to go our retail location and be a cashier assistant or do odd jobs for the bakery

- Weekend shifts require pickup and / or drops offs of racks of bread plus Farmer’s market equipment to/from the Farmer’s Market

Great opportunity for growth and eventual cross training in other departments as the company continues to grow and expand. Work outside of this job description, likely required as we are a fast growing company.

Starting Salary is $19/hour

3. DMV driver history report. REQUIREMENTS : - 25 years old+ - Valid CA license & clean driving record (supply CA DMV driver record).

- Physical requirements:

Sit for extended periods, in traffic; able to lift 50+ pound boxes (into & out of delivery vehicle; per customers instructions), multiple times and operate a van lift gate; use proper lifting techniques.

- Driver Safety: Safety First approach to personal & property safety. Safely, reliably, courteously drive company delivery Van or Truck. Follow all local, state and federal rules and regulations

-Communicate clearly, effectively with Management, customers, vendors & partners -Customer Service skills and desire to please customers: Polite, professional, courteous and considerate interactions and communications with Customers and Management. OVERCOMMUNICATION is important
