Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 – 50 per week

Location: Burbank, CA (On the road)

Driver Qualifications:

- Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Friendly and customer service oriented

- Must know how to use iPhone or Android phone

- Able to pass background check and drug test

- Ability to handle larger patients with a partner

- Availability for "on-call" responsibilities and weekend shifts

- Looking to join long-term

- CPR/FIRST AID certification (company will cover costs)

- Ability to obtain and maintain LADOT driver permit (company will cover costs and submit application)

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments

- Assist clients with boarding and disembarking

- Transport clients weighing over 150 pounds using appropriate equipment, including a wheelchair or stretcher

- Lift, push, pull, and position patients frequently

- Maintain a clean vehicle

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations

- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and dispatch

- Keep accurate records of trips and mileage via software

- Report any vehicle issues promptly

- Show commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism
