DRIVERS WANTED & ASSISTANTS
Safer Medical Transport is searching for dependable and professional team members that will take pride in transporting our passengers safely and courteously to and from their appointments utilizing company vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a handicap accessible van according to all ADA requirements.
Safely transport passengers to medical and non-medical appointments
Transportation for wheelchairs, stretchers, or ambulatory (Walking patients), vehicles utilized are Ford Transit and or sedan’s
Requirements:
Must be 25 years of age or older
Must be able to communicate in English.
Have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to pass a pre-employment 10-year background check, no felonies, or misdemeanors.
Must be physically fit for this job; physical requirements will include pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling.
Must work well without supervision and have excellent communication skills.
Great customer service is a must.
This is a great opportunity for retired individuals or past uber/lyft drivers. We will train and certify.
