-Answer phones, answer customers questions or direct calls to the appropriate team member.

-Able to use English and Spanish equally well.
-Clean background required.

-Ability to deal with conflict resolution.
-Fast typing with experience in data entry.
-Use phone and computer to send team members, vehicles or other field units to designated locations.
-Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
