We are currently looking to expand our team and are hiring both Company Drivers and Owner Operators to join us for Local, Regional, and OTR work.
Position Type:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Company Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Driving a semi-truck both locally and regionally, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Operating your vehicle in a safe, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintaining consistent communication with dispatch and management.
- Performing regular inspections on your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Handling freight and cargo responsibly, ensuring it is properly loaded and unloaded.
- Managing your schedule and routes effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Managing expenses (fuel, tolls, etc.) and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling any emergency situations or mechanical issues with professionalism and quick decision-making.
- Complying with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Representing the company in a positive and respectful manner in all communications with clients, customers, and the public.
As an Owner Operator, you will:
- Operate your own truck and trailer, working independently with flexible scheduling options for local, regional, or OTR routes.
- Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained, and be able to manage any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Manage your expenses and keep detailed records for load assignments, fuel, and repairs.
- Work in a cooperative environment with dispatch and other drivers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Be responsible for your own trailer (must own or be willing to obtain one).
Compensation:
- Company Drivers:
- Loaded miles: $0.60 per mile
- Unloaded miles: $0.50 per mile
- Plus 10% of the load pay after expenses.
- Owner Operators:
- Competitive pay with a percentage-based earnings after expenses.
- 1099 Position: Independent contractor role with the flexibility to manage your own taxes and expenses.
- Payment Terms:
- Pay is weekly, with the first week’s pay held.
- Payment is made via ACH every Friday.
Additional Work Types:
- Dry Van Loads
- Container Work
- Hazmat Work
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of semi-trucks, with the ability to identify and address minor mechanical issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and respectful demeanor.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and nights, depending on the route.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems on the road.
- Must own or be willing to acquire a trailer for Owner Operators.
Additional Benefits:
- Raise after 30 days based on performance.
- Benefits kick in after 90 days.
