We are a busy limousine company based in Long Beach. We are looking for a full time chauffeur ideally living near the intersection of the 405 and 101. You would need to have safe parking as you will be taking a company owned vehicle home with you. We have a 5 star rating on Yelp, Trip Advisor and Google and rely on our chauffeurs to maintain that standard.
We trade our vehicles about every 3 years and have a mid sized fleet. We are the only midsized fleet with all luxury vehicles mostly Escalades and Navigators Our drivers cater to our own in house client list and other limo companies that we are affiliated with. WE ARE NOT AN UBER/LYFT CONTRACTOR.
Applicant must meet the following requirements:
Must live near the 101 and 405 interchange near Encino/Sherman Oaks.
Must be willing to work up to 40 to 50+ for full time and have a flexible schedule. The schedule is not set. Expect trips spread throughout the day.
Potential hours will vary on a daily/weekly basis.
Must wear a black suit and tie with white shirt.
Must have a clean driving record and provide DMV H6 printout
Must be 25+ years old and qualify for our insurance.
Must speak fluent English.
MUST be very punctual and able to work weekends.
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and random drug testing
May not smoke in or near vehicle (smoking in car is immediate dismissal)
Must have smart phone with ability to follow navigation such as Waze. You will receive your jobs on a phone app.
Must be familiar with traffic and major freeways in southern California
Must be VERY FRIENDLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Our drivers are employees and do NOT pay any expenses (drivers will be reimbursed for expenses they incur). Earnings are paid per job at $17 per hour (going to $17.50 July 1st), but expect about $27 to $35 per hour when tips are included. Most jobs have 20% gratuity included on the bill. Some are cash gratuity and some of our clients give an additional cash gratuity.
Trips will be dispatched the evening before. No "on call" work but drivers will have the OPTION of accepting extra trips on the day of travel. Chauffeurs accepting extra trips earn the most. You will be expected to keep the car in immaculate condition and will need to wash it regularly.
