Hello everyone my name is Alfredo .
I am looking for painters and a little bit of painter helpers.
The ideal person:
1. Has there own transportation
2. Has there basic tools for prep
3. Listens/ follows directions
4. Common sense
5. Finishes task on time and moves with a purpose.
6. Team players and people that pull their own weight in work ( finishes tasks)
What I’m NOT looking for is:
1. People who are trying to be in Management position. ( we aren’t ready for those roll yet , we are a small company )
2. Excuses
3. People with no transportation
4. Lazy people ( if your there just to pass the time and collect a check I will notice immediately)
5. People that have no hygiene ( I’m sorry to post this but some of you are out there )
Compensation Ranges from:
$20-$25, unless you show me other wise or know more than the average painter then I don’t mind paying more.
Pay is biweekly and sometimes I am late by a week ( as much as i hate being late it does happen, sorry)
Schedule so far is from 11 pm - 7am
About me :
I’m Strict , I do have a schedule to keep, I see through BS very easily. I do test people .
My apologies I do have a schedule to keep so sometimes I am very demanding and harsh on certain occasions but of course I am definitely respectful and understanding. I do see myself as someone who is strict especially when it comes to people I work with. I do pull my own weight and I do expect you to pull yours.
