Work with Purpose — Skilled Laborer for Residential Renovation Builder

California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USA
Aplica ya

We’re a boutique, high-craft general contracting firm specializing in the renovation of architecturally significant homes across Brentwood, West Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Pasadena. Every project we take on is a blend of craftsmanship, creativity, and respect for the bones of older homes.

We’re not looking for just another set of hands — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps the ship steady, and ensures the site runs like clockwork. In our world, the skilled laborer is the driving force that keeps the site moving smoothly, safely and efficiently — the person who supports the trades, keeps the workspace moving efficiently, and brings a calm and collective attitude to the site as a whole.

This is more than a job — it’s a craft.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the right hand to our subcontractor teams — helping with light framing, demolition, material movement, and more.

- Keep the site running smoothly: prep, protect, and clean work areas with pride and precision.

- Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized jobsite every single day.

- Open and secure properties at start and end of each workday.

- Work closely with our project team to stay one step ahead of the next task.

Who You Are:

- A motivated professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or renovations.

- Comfortable navigating older homes and the quirks that come with them.

- A natural problem-solver with great instincts and a strong work ethic.

- Organized, dependable, and proactive.

- Punctual, honest, and humble — a team player who lifts others up and holds the line when needed.

- Familiar with hand and power tools (basic level is fine — attitude matters more).

What You’ll Need:

- Your own truck and tools.

- A smartphone for daily coordination.

- The ability to work 8-hour days, 5 days a week — no exceptions.

What You’ll Get:

- Hands-on mentorship from experienced builders.

- Growth opportunities within a close-knit, high-performing team.

- Pride in working on standout homes that deserve the best care and attention.

How to Apply:

Please reply with all of the following:

- Your resume

- Skill level (apprentice, mid-level, or journeyman)

- Desired compensation

- Available start date

Applications missing any of the above will not be considered.
