Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Window & Door Installer. The ideal candidate will be eager to work, trainable, and interested in learning the ins and outs of our trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install replacement and new construction windows and doors according to company standards and industry best practices
- Work as part of a team to accomplish all daily service, warranty and delivery schedules
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site
- Must have basic tool kit: measuring tape, caulking gun, cordless drill/driver, utility knife, putty knife, etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window and door installation is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to travel for work as needed
