ABOUT US
We are a small family based HVAC servicing company. Our main service is repairs, maintenance, consulting, and Title 24 inspection work and design assistance. We also do equipment replacement work, replacement duct, and cut-ins. We have been in business 38 years and have a large customer base. The owners have been in the trade for over 52 years, and training individuals in the HVAC trade for 28 years professionally.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a reliable, honest, experienced person who has 1-3 years in the HVAC trade or more, has some tools, possesses soft and diagnostic skills, can read electrical schematics and engineering plans fluently, (we do not pay commission.) We are also looking for a young non-experienced person who is looking for a rewarding career, is willing to attend a local college for training. Both candidates must have their own transportation to get to our office, a valid California drivers license, (no DUI, reckless or exhibition citations’ in the last 10 years,) and a social security card. We provide trucks to the job sites. We need help in service, and installation work, both residential and light commercial. (Will train as needed.)
WHAT WE’RE PAYING
We pay every two weeks. Experience based pay, $20 - $40, helper starts at the bottom. We pay from the time you clock in our office. Sick pay based on the hours worked, 5 days per year. Some Holiday pay, after the first 6 months. Vacation pay after the first year. No retirement plan. No medical (other than Workers Comp.)
